Owners
Don and Sheri Blackburn are the owners of Blackburn Cattle Co Inc and 307 Disposal LLC. They are high school sweethearts who have been married for over 30 years. They raised their 2 children in Douglas and just welcomed their first granddaughter into the family. Faith and then family are their top priorities in life. Don and Sheri are involved in the Douglas community. Don serves as chairman of the Converse County Fair Board, Sheri volunteers her time with the Ambassador program at Memorial Hospital of Converse County, and they both are actively involved in their church. Don and Sheri share a love for travel. Their favorite vacation is anywhere that has a warm, sandy beach, rolling waves, and gorgeous sunsets!

Administration/ Disposal Dispatcher
Ashlie joined 307 Disposal LLC in September of 2020.  She graduated from the University of Alaska, when she came back to Wyoming and started out in the field and made her way into the office. Her favorite part of working with 307 Disposal is meeting and working with all the potential/current customers, along with her dedicated drivers and family business. When not in the office you can find her working out at the ranch with her husband.
