307 Disposal Terms and Conditions
307 Disposal is locally owned and operated in the Douglas Wyoming and services the surrounding area. We pride ourselves in excellent customer service, timely delivery, and a variety of options to complete any job, big or small.
DELIVERY LOCATION STANDARDS
Roll offs
The delivery location must be safe and accessible by our large and heavy trucks. The driver has the final say on whether the requested location is appropriate for them to complete their job.
To avoid damage to surface of delivery location it is suggested to place plywood prior to delivery. 307 Disposal LLC is not responsible for any damages to surfaces due to heavy truck weight or roll offs.
Dumpsters
The delivery location must be safe and accessible by our large and heavy trucks. The driver has the final say on whether the requested location is appropriate for them to complete their job.
If you know where you want your dumpster to go, like in your driveway or at a job site, explain the location to the dumpster rental providers you speak to and confirm your proposed placement is a viable option. A flat, hard surface is the ideal location for a dumpster.
Please note that our trucks are rear load and must have space to back up to the dumpster at its location.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Avoid additional charges, please stay within weight allowance based on dumpster size. Additional charges for return trips due to overloaded dumpster, blocked dumpster or dumpster containing unacceptable materials. Fuel charges/travel time may apply depending on location.
Material must be level at the top of the container; nothing can be sticking out of the top; additional charges will apply if items are not within container. To avoid any extra charges, steer clear of the unacceptable items listed below:

• Ashes, hot or cold
• Automobile batteries
• Compact fluorescent bulbs & tubes (CFL)
• Dead animals
• Large amounts of Dirt, rocks or concrete

• Liquid waste like paint
• Medical waste
• Motor oil
• Pharmaceuticals
• Sharps (needles or syringes)

• Aerosol cans
• Animals
• Antifreeze
• Appliances (Additional Cost)

Terms and Conditions
I, the undersigned, release 307 Disposal from any and all responsibility for damages that may occur during the placement of the container, including box damages, graffiti, and /or damages caused by the weight of the truck or the weight of the container. I agree unconditionally to pay for all services rendered, including reasonable attorney’s fees incurred in the collection of monies owed. The undersigned applies for credit and hereby consents to any investigation of his / her / its credit history, which 307 Disposal deems necessary for the purpose of determining approval. 307 Disposal reserves the right to limit or withdraw credit or services at any time.
307 Disposal LLC reserves the right to allow 48 hours for delivery of dumpster to delivery address, not including Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Refunds will not be given if dumpster is delivered to delivery address beyond 48 hours due to acts of nature or events beyond our control. 307 Disposal LLC reserves the right to substitute the next larger size dumpster at no additional cost if ordered size is not available. Any substitutions for a smaller size dumpster must be agreed upon between 307 Disposal LLC and the customer and a price adjustment will be made according to the published rates at time of rental.
