Roll-off rules and unaccepted items

The delivery location for a roll-off container must be safe and accessible by our large and heavy trucks. The driver has final say on whether the requested location is appropriate for them to complete their job. To avoid damage to the surface of the delivery location, it is suggested to place plywood prior to delivery. 307 Disposal LLC is not responsible for any damages to surfaces due to heavy truck weight or roll-offs.

To avoid extra charges, do not place any of the below unaccepted items inside roll-off containers:

  • Aerosol cans
  • Animals
  • Antifreeze
  • Appliances*
  • Asbestos
  • Batteries
  • Chemical products
  • Contaminated oils
  • Hazardous waste
  • Herbicides and pesticides
  • Lubricating/hydraulic oil
  • Motor oil
  • Oil filters
  • Other flammable liquids
  • Paint
  • Propane tanks
  • Radioactive material
  • Solvents
  • Tires*

*Items may be removed at additional cost. Call 307 Disposal LLC to discuss your needs.

Additional charges

To avoid additional charges, please stay within the weight allowance based on roll-off size. Additional charges will be assessed for return trips due to an overloaded container, blocked container or container with unacceptable materials. Fuel charges and travel time may apply depending on location.

The material must be level at the top of the container. Nothing may be sticking out of the top, or additional charges will apply if items are not placed safely within the container. Any unaccepted items placed within containers will also be subject to additional fees.
